Fish stuffed with rice and olives

Amounts

Fish weighing 2 kg
100 grams of green olives
1 cup parboiled rice
4 teaspoon chopped coriander

1 garlic clove, minced
1 small cup of olive oil
Half teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon caraway
1 teaspoon red pepper

Way of cooking
