The authority of the Spanish Valencia




Ingredients:
-6 Large orange beads.

Orange and mint sauce:
- Tablespoon olive oil.
- Two tablespoons of red food Vinegar.
- Tablespoons orange juice.
- Clove garlic mashed.
- Tablespoon minced fresh mint.

Preparation:

- Peel oranges and remove her white membranes and cut into cloves.
- Tomatoes beads cut into quarters and remove the seeds of them, then these quarters cut lengthwise into halves and add avocado, cheese, olives, onion mixture and mix boxes.
- Mix oranges with cloves cut tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
