Vegetable salad



Quantities

3 cucumber, chopped into small cubes
3 tomatoes, chopped into small cubes
1 head of chopped onion downy
½ cup parsley, finely chopped
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
Pinch of salt


Method of preparation

1. In a deep bowl placed tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, onion and salt and stir well then add the lemon juice and stir well.
2. Pour the salade in a serving dish, then add the olive oil and stir gently and serve.
