Katayef Paste

Ingredients:


Cup flour.
Cup water.
Half a cup of warm milk.
Large sugar spoon.
Teaspoon yeast.
A pinch of salt.
Baku half baking powder.

METHODS:


Yeast is mixed with milk and sugar, and stir the mixture, then leaves even brewed.
Mix flour with baking powder, then add water and yeast and knead well, and leave the dough in a warm place until brewed.
Attend a bowl with a thick base, placed on a quiet fire.
Keep the amount of dough in the bowl size that we want, and settled on the one hand and when you see the slots dough, lift the dough.
Leave it to cool, and then be ready for use.
