Turkey meat rods


Ingredients

500 g of turkey meat cubes clip
1 natural yoghurt
Crushed garlic
Half the lemon juice
Salt, seeders, cumin, cinnamon, saffron, ginger, coriander, beans and a little minced Persil

Method


Put the turkey cubes in the mixture of yoghurt, with spices
It is better to leave your mixture for the whole night in the fridge

Then Enter the turkey pieces in a wooden rods (or other type). Then bake on the grill over charcoal or in the oven. Must be flabby flesh from the inside and from the outside reddish.

When cooked remove the bars from the oven and serve with authority or vegetables
