The amounts of chocolate muffin:
Flour - a cup and a half.Cocoa - half a cup.
Milk - cup.
Beking powder - a teaspoon.
Beking soda - teaspoon.
Salt - half a teaspoon.
Eggs - 1.
Butter at room temperature - a third of a cup.
Vanilla extract - a teaspoon.
Sugar - cup.
Chocolate chips - cup.
How to prepare:
- Heat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius.- Whisk the butter and sugar with electric tennis for two minutes.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and Whisk.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a second bowl (flour, cocoa, soda Beking, Beking baking powder, and salt).
- Put half the amount of sugar over the butter mixture, then add half a cup of milk and Whisk.
- Add the rest of the dry ingredients and milk and mix until getting a homogeneous paste.
- Put paper cups inside Muffin molds, pour the dough inside it and even two-thirds.
- Put chocolate chips in dough.
- Muffin Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
Note:
If you are using non-silicon molds, Muffin get out of them quickly to avoid taking combustion heel, and leave to cool well before submission.You can also you bring Muffin with fruits.
