Chicken with Bechamel




Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breasts from the bone
2 tablespoons oil or margarine
Small onion, cut into cubes
Salt and curry and soft cinnamon
2 tablespoons of white flour
Cup lukewarm water


How to prepare:

Bring a deep bowl in which oil is placed or margarine, then add the onion, cut into cubes and leave a little without changes color.
Add the flour and water and then turn it over to that thickens slightly.
Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and add to the previous mixture with continuous stirring, then add the remaining ingredients and turn it over constantly taking into consideration not to make the mixture is thick.
Sprinkle little chopped parsley on the plate after that pour in the chicken dish
