Preparation of the liver in a special way







Ingredients

1 kg liver.
 Pile parsley.
6 cloves garlic.
 Large green pepper.
 Green Hot Pepper.
Juice Amontin.
Water Cup.
Salt, seasoning According to the choice.

How to prepare

Wash the liver and placed in a colander until is filtered including water.
Cut into medium-sized cubes and place in the oven tray.
Placed above certain amounts chopped (parsley, garlic, chili pepper.
Sprinkle the salt and pepper.
Covered with a glass of water and lemon juice.
Placed the oven for about an hour or until completely cooked.
