Snail on the Moroccan way


Ingredients:

2 kg snail
  Large spoon thyme
4 sticks Liquorice
  Small tea spoon beans
Small package mint
  Orange rind
  4 leaves of Moses
Teaspoon basil
  2 beads hot pepper crusty
  Tablespoon grain sweetness
  Tablespoon spherical
  Tablespoon salt
1/2 liter vinegar (to clean the snail)
  Water


How to prepare:

Snail washed several times in salt, vinegar and warm water until water becomes a net
Put on the fire and cover with water and then add the thyme, the sweetness of grain, spherical, Liquorice, tea beans, mint, orange peel, Moses and basil leaves and salt
Simmer for two hours to be cooked with the addition of boiling water when needed
When cooked Snail added chili pot and leave for 10 minutes over the fire in order to Itensm gravy taste of chili
Snail provides a hot, accompanied by broth
