Rissole Potatoes


Ingredients

1 kg potatoes
Butter, 0:25 small mold
Milk, tablespoon
Grated onions, grain
Issue a grated cheese 0.50 gm
Chopped parsley 0.4 tbsp
Salt, teaspoon
Pepper, 0.50 teaspoon
Flour, as needed
Eggs, as needed
Floured bread, as needed

How to prepare

- Climb potatoes and mash with butter, milk, salt and pepper until homogeneous and then allowed to cool.

- Onions, cheese and parsley is added to the potatoes and kneaded together.

- Beat the eggs and set aside.

- Shape the dough equal tablets then dipped with flour, eggs and fry bread ground disks in oil until Taathmr then placed on blotting paper to absorb excess oil.

- Placed in a serving dish and decorate with parsley and lemon and serve hot.
