Spaghetti Chinese-style vegetables


Ingredients:

Spaghetti
Ginger: a large spoon (finely chopped)
Garlic: 3 cloves (finely chopped)
Green onions: 2 cups (coarsely chopped)
Carrots: 2 cups (section into thin cutlets and longitudinal)
Cabbage: 2 cups (section into thin cutlets and longitudinal)
Leek: a cup (section)
Celery: half a cup (section)
Mushrooms: cup (section)
Horns small corn baby corn: cup
Salt: a large spoon (Chinese)
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Colored pepper: a cup (red, green and yellow)
Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

How to prepare

1. In a pan containing oil, fry the garlic, and ginger.
2. Then, add the vegetables, each class separately until tender mixture.
3. Add the soy sauce, Chinese salt and then, in "spaghetti" boiled in half.
4. stir this mixture, simmer for five minutes, then add the green onions. And it offers this dish hot.




Tip:

It is necessary to cook the pasta Al Dente any in half, then cooled by placing under cold running water and place them in a colander, then add a little vegetable oil in order not to stick together.
