Seafood salad and avocado




Quantities

• 500 grams of sliced Philly grouper fish, grouper, fresh salmon
• 500 grams shrimp medium-sized Cleaner
• 2 grain option
• 1 avocado
• 2 sprig fresh dill, chopped
• 1 lemon
• 1 lettuce turkey average 200 grams
• 1 cup Thousand Island salad dressing

Preparation method:

1- cook fish and shrimp with boiling water and then pour out the water and allow it to cool down.
2. cut the avocado in half and discard the seeds and then peremptory into slices and quarters and add the lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
3. Wash the lettuce and dried and then cut into slices and put it in a salad bowl.
4. Cut the fish into pieces and mix with shrimp, cucumber, avocado, dill and add the marinade.
5. Pour the ingredients in a salad bowl, and provide.
