Lasagna with potatoes




Ingredients

1/2 kg minced meat
1/4 cup oil
15 pieces Lasagna
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups béchamel
1 cup potato small cubes
Salt

Cooking method

In a pot on the fire, fry the onion in oil, then garlic, tomato paste and then the meat and add salt and pepper and fry well until maturity.
In tray describe a layer of lasagna, then the meat and potatoes and a layer of lasagna and finally béchamel.
Lasagna tray placed in the oven for 45 minutes then remove and serve.
