chicken curry with rice Lemon




Ingredients

4 tbsp olive oil
2 medium onions pill large cubes

1 tablespoon lemon zest
3 cups basmati rice
2 teaspoon salt
1 piece lemon peel
4 cups water


Preparation method

1. In a wide frying pan Put the oil. Place the pan over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and chicken. Turn the chicken until it is light golden color.
3. Add garlic, ginger, pepper, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, spices and tomato paste. Turn the minute.
