Ingredients
1 fresh salmon fillet2 large tablespoons orange marmalade
1 olive oil
Salt and pepper to liking
Method of preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (gas mark 6), the barbecue or electric grill (medium / high).Place salmon fillet, skin side down, on a large aluminum foil (shiny side inwards). Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and liberally coat with orange marmalade. Close the foil.
Remove the foil on a baking sheet to bake, or directly on the grill or on the electric grill.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Serve with green beans, boiled potatoes or just a green salad in summer.
