My pancake batter



Ingredients

500g of flour
1 tablespoon buckwheat flour (or buckwheat)
1 teaspoon salt
150 g of sugar
3 eggs
1 l of milk
100 g of butter
3 tablespoons dark rum

Method of preparation

Mix the flour, salt and sugar. Make a well and add the eggs. Pour 20 ml of milk. Mix with a wooden spoon.
Add 15 ml of milk and mix to get a smooth paste. Melt the butter and stir. Add the remaining milk and rum. Let stand 3 to 4 hours.
