Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 200g chicken fillet- 30 g of onion
- 20 g of tomato paste
- 30 g of pickles
- 250 g of tomato pulp
- 2 pinches of thyme
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Preparation of the recipe :
Peel and chop the onion.Cut the chicken breasts into chunks.
Cut cucumbers into slices.
Cook onions in a dry pan for about 2 minutes, add the chicken pieces and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, add the thyme, salt and pepper.
Add the tomato paste, tomato pulp and pickles slices and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes, covering the pan with a lid.
*Remarks:
If you love the acidity of the tomato, this dish is for you ... if you can soften it by adding 1/2 sugar in tomato sauce. I accompanied this dish with 90 g of steamed potatoes and 70 g of steamed carrots. This dish provides 165 calories per person without the potatoes and carrots, or 259 calories per person with potatoes and carrots.
