4 tablespoons vegetable oil5 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
8 chicken breasts, cubed
2 cloves garlic, chopped
5 onions, cut into pieces
2 red peppers, chopped

Preparation time: 15 minutes - Cooking time: 15 minutes - Ready in: 30 minutesIn a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce and pepper. Before adding chicken, set aside a small bowl of marinade to coat the skewers when cooking.
Place the chicken, garlic, onions and peppers in the sauce bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or longer if possible).
Light the grill. Drain chicken and vegetables. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating. Lightly oil the grill. Cook the skewers for 12 to 15 minutes. Turn skewers and often coated with marinade during cooking.
