Ingredients (4 people):
- 1 kg of veal stew- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 2 or 3 carrots
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 small can of mushrooms (cut)
- 1 small pot of cream
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 egg yolk
- Flour
- 25 cl of white wine
- salt pepper
Preparation of the recipe :
Brown the meat in a mild butter until the pieces are well browned.Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of flour. stir well.
Add 2 or 3 glasses of water and stir.
Add 2 bouillon cubes, pour the wine and cover with water.
Cut the carrots into slices and chop the onions then add the meat and mushrooms.
Simmer over low heat about 1:30 to 2:00, stirring.
If necessary, add water occasionally.
In a bowl, mix cream, egg yolks and lemon juice. Add this mixture at the last minute, stir well and serve immediately.
