Stuffed baked fish

Ingredients:

4 large and beautiful fish "I have chosen two bream and two bream"
1 bunch coriander
4 cloves garlic
2 lemons
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup oil
1/2 cup water
3 diced potatoes
a large cut eggplant washer
four diced carrots
a little pea
some rice
1 / 2kg tomatoes washer
2grandes green peppers cut into washer
Salt

For the sauce

1 kg of tomatoes peeled and chopped
Some very fine chopped coriander
1 garlic cut very fine kid,
Salt,
½ c cà cumin
1 tsp Paprika
some oil

Preparation:

  • Prepare the stuffing:

Put a sufficient amount of salted water and bring to a boil before diving vegetables' carrots, potatoes, peas ". Bake 10 to 15 minutes they are cooked and tender - not overcooked nor crunchy Do the same for rice put them in a colander

  • Preparing Chermoula:

Mix the chopped coriander, crushed garlic, cumin, sweet pepper, hot pepper, salt, lemon juice, water and oil add the vegetables and rice
Clean and gut the fish. Slit the back of the fish with a little after Tcharmola add remaining vegetables tcharmoula to mix all, stuff the fish
In a baking dish put the tomato slices below + fish and cover the fish with the remaining tomato slices, pepper, eggplant, lemon and marinate for 2 hours. After Drizzle with a glass and a half of marinade
Bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes.
During cooking sprinkle the fish with a little marinade to avoid tomatoes are too dry. (Me, I only did this because I sent my dish in oven neighborhood "farane elhouma"


  • Preparation of tomato sauce:


In a frying pan put a little oil, tomato, cilantro, cumin, salt, paprika and let simmer
After cooking the fish have tomato sauce on top and serve hot.
