watercress salad vitaminized

Ingredients (4 people):

- 1 large bunch watercress
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 oranges
- 20 (or more) thin slices of smoked duck breast
- 1 slice of blue (like the Causses or St Agur)
- nuts
- Cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt pepper

Preparation of the recipe :

Divide the watercress salad on large plates. Peel the bright citrus collecting the juice.
Arrange nicely on the salad citrus slices, diced cheese, duck breast, walnuts and cherry tomatoes.
Make a sauce with citrus juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Divide the preparation and serve immediately.

Remarks:

This salad can be served as a starter (in smaller amounts) or may be a light meal.
