Remoulade courgettes

Ingredients (4 people):

- 3 courgettes
- Mayonnaise
- Thyme (amount to taste)
- salt and pepper
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- olive oil

Preparation of the recipe :

Grate zucchini and to disgorge with salt in a colander.
Peel tomatoes and cut into small cubes, fry a few minutes in the pan to make them water.
Mix the mayonnaise with zucchini and thyme.
Add salt and pepper and tomatoes with olive oil.
Serve remoulade zucchini tomato bed.

remarks:

It can also be used on raw tomatoes. Serve well chilled, especially in hot weather. Variation: without disgorge, season with white cheese and olive oil ... It's a delicious cream with zucchini juice!
