- 1 onion
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- A few sprigs of parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Preparation of the recipe :
Peel onion and finely chop.
Chop the parsley.
Mix the minced meat with egg, parsley, onion and tomato paste. Mix. Salt and pepper.
Shaping a dozen small slightly flattened meatballs.

Preheat deep fryer to 160 ° C.
Wash and cut the potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick. Take 12 beautiful washers and resize all the same size and same shape with a cookie cutter.
Dip potatoes in the fryer and cook 10 minutes.
Increase the temperature of the fryer to 190 ° C and immerse the potatoes in the fryer for 5 minutes of cooking.
Remove the oil potatoes and place in a bowl covered with a paper towel.
Fry the mini steak in a pan with a little olive oil.
On spikes to skewer, alternate the "fries" and steak. Serve hot.
