- Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 6):
- 1 kg of chicken escalope- 10 beautiful fresh mint leaves (or more)
- olive oil
- 1 white onion
- 2 bell peppers (green and yellow for color)
- salt pepper
- Juice of half a lime
Preparation of the recipe :
Cut chicken cubes (about 2 cm square). Finely chop the onion with mint.If a blender is available, put the mint, peeled onion, 1/2 lemon juice. Otherwise, you can pound in a mortar or chop with a knife.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well. Be careful not to turn into mayonnaise requires that the mixture is smooth and fluid.
In a bowl mix chicken and marinade. Chill for an hour.
Cut squares of peppers. Remove the marinated chicken and prick the meat on skewers with peppers.
Cook on the grill about 15 to 20 minutes turning often.

The amount of olive oil is to be based on your judgment. It's a small dish invented on the run but that has wreaked havoc! With tabbouleh it's great.
