Yogurt cake


  • Preparation time: 15 minutes
  • Cooking time: 30 minutes


Ingredients (4 people):

- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 1 pot of natural yoghurt (cl = 20)
- 1/2 rapeseed oil pot (cl = 10)
- 2 granulated sugar pots
- 3 flour pots
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon zest

Preparation of the recipe :

Mix just the ingredients one by one in the order above.

Pour batter into a buttered cake pan.

Bake at 180 ° C (gas mark 6) for 30 minutes.

Check for doneness with the tip of a knife (it should come out clean).

Enjoy!

remarks:

You can replace the lemon with a packet of vanilla sugar. I recommend yogurt as velvety yogurt or other liquid (Bulgarian, ...).
