Lasagna with vegetables and grilled lobsters


Ingredients:

Paste lasagna: 3pcs (sliced)
Lobsters: 250 gr (fresh)
Courgette: 100 gr
Tomatoes: 80 gr
Spinach: 100 gr (chopped)
Salt sprinkled (as desired)
Olive oil: one teaspoon
White pepper sprinkled
Cream: 50 ml
Parmesan cheese: 35 gr
Paprika: 6 gr

How to prepare

1 Boil the lobsters in boiling water a genitive salt for 8 minutes, then cooled in water and cut ice for 5 minutes, filtered and still guilty of it, and stays on until the unit is used.
2 courgette, tomatoes cut into equal slices roast in the oven
3 fry chopped spinach in a pan with olive oil until maturity, then drain the oil from the leaves separately until use.
4 lasagna sauce: Boil the fresh cream over medium heat, then add to it, "Parmesan" cheese grated and "paprika" sweet, and stir the mixture well. Then, tossing it after boiling salt, white pepper, and drain well.
5 lasagna slices cut into equal circular rings placed over the first slide zucchini, tomatoes and grilled, and a little sauce lasagna, lasagna layer screens again from above fried spinach and chopped lobsters, cover a little lasagna sauce. Finally, add a final layer of lasagna dough and the remaining quantity of lobsters.
6 This dish is heated to temperatures of 120 ° C for 7 minutes, and serve hot serving dish.
